1. Information We Collect
When you use iPhone Kupi Video, we collect the photos you upload to generate your requested iPhone Kupi dance video. We also collect basic technical data (e.g. browser type, IP address) and transaction details handled securely through our payment provider (Stripe).
2. How We Use Uploaded Photos
Your photos are sent to our AI processing provider to create the video you request. Photo drafts are saved in this browser so you can return from checkout without selecting them again. Use “Clear saved photo draft” in the studio footer to remove that draft. Drafts older than 24 hours are removed when you next open the studio. We do not publish your new photos as public samples. Provider storage and deletion are subject to the provider’s policies; automatic deletion at that provider is not currently verified.
3. Payments & Financial Security
Payment details are collected on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We do not store card numbers. We store order identifiers, purchased passes, and transaction status. Passes purchased here belong to your Google account on this site and are separate from balances on our other sites.
4. Third-Party AI Compute Providers
Video generation and photo uploads use Kie AI and its model providers over HTTPS. A provider-hosted photo address is used for generation. Completed videos are copied to private Supabase storage and accessed through an account-checked video endpoint. Download a personal copy; we do not promise indefinite storage. We cannot promise a zero-retention agreement or a specific provider retention period without verified terms. Contact support before uploading if you need a specific deletion or retention arrangement.
5. Your Rights and Inquiries
Google sign-in and Supabase authentication cookies keep you signed in. We store your Google account identifier, email, display name and avatar to associate this site’s purchases and videos with your account. Authentication cookies are used by the browser sign-in client. Clearing site data signs you out; signing in again with the same Google account restores your balance and video library. Photo drafts remain local to the browser. Save your receipt.
